Reservations

When the date, time and type of event have been agreed upon you have a tentative booking. You will be sent an agreement form confirming the details of the event, the booking fee and the deposit information. To secure your booking, complete the form and return it with your deposit by the date indicated on the form. Any event booked less than 14 days in advance will require advanced payment to secure the booking.

Cancellations

Since there is limited time for bookings during the season, any event cancelled less than 14 days before the event 100% of the agreed price is due unless the date can be re-booked • 14 - 21 days before the event - deposit is forfeited • more than 21 days before the event - full refund.

Christmas Eve Visits

Since these are the most difficult to schedule due to the limited time, this type of visit requires the most flexibility by everyone. Advance payment, in full, is required at the time of booking. Discovery visits are similar to the Sugar Cookies visits in length but require additional prep work. Advance planning is required for arrival, departure, location of stockings or presents, layout of the house, and the “moment of discovery”. Because the idea of this type of visit is to be discovered after your children are asleep they are usually scheduled for later in the evening.

Payment

Any balance due on the day of the event is payable at the time of the visit. Please provide the payment in a Christmas card or similar envelope. Santa does not want to reduce the moment of the visit to deal with business.
